Cuba and Antigua and Barbuda hold migration talks

Representatives of Cuba and Antigua and Barbuda develop today and tomorrow, in this capital, the Third Bilateral Round of Migration Talks, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

According to the report posted on Cubaminrex website, the event will promote the analysis of migratory issues of interest for both nations, as well as the search for mechanisms that contribute to the achievement of a regular, orderly and safe flow of people.

The confrontation of illegal trafficking of migrants and associated phenomena will be also under discussion.

The Cuban delegation is led by Ernesto Soberon, director of Consular Affairs and Cuban Residents Abroad at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Anthony Liverpool, permanent secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Immigration heads the Antigua and Barbuda delegation.
