COVID-19 forces closure of St John’s Co-operative Credit Union All Saints Road branch

3

The Members of St. John’s Co-operative Credit Union (SJCCU) and the general public are regrettably advised that the All Saints location only of our Credit Union will be closed today – Friday, 5th February 2021.  However, SJCCU’s Friars Hill Road branch located at Mandolin Place mall remains open for those who require in branch services.

The temporary closure has resulted from one of our team members being exposed to COVID-19.  This individual is attached to our Head Office on Lower All Saints Road and has been in quarantine since the exposure became known.

The Management of SJCCU also immediately initiated deep cleaning and sanitization, as well as, contact tracing throughout the organisation.  The Credit Union will also be working in consultation with the Ministry of Health to continually provide a safe environment for our Members and devoted team of employees.

We take this opportunity to encourage our Members, as always, to utilize the conveniences of our digital services, including:

·       ATMs at Lower All Saints Road and Friars Hill Road

·       MySJCCU OnTheGo Mobile App

·       Online Bill Payment platform for all major billing and utility companies

The team at SJCCU continues to adhere to the COVID-19 protocols that have been put in place, and our Members are encouraged to do the same.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this development may cause and assure our Members that all customary services are available at the Friars Hill Branch and the team looks forward to serving them.

    • The same thing will happen when we re-open. We were under a “shutdown” in the beginning and we were all out every day. We didn’t stay home. On the other hand, we are all yelling shutdown and when we do get what we asked for, we will all complain. Shutdown or not STAY HOME!!!!
