Court throws out charges of incitement against Freedom Fighter Williams, defence counsel reports

REAL NEWS: The trial involving Donette Simon and Shenel Williams, known as
members of the Freedom Fighters of Antigua and Barbuda ended yesterday, November 21, in the Magistrates Court.

The two defendants had been charged jointly for organizing a prohibited public meeting, and charged individually with participating in a prohibited public meeting.

Additionally, Williams had been charged with inciting persons to cause damage to property and inciting persons to cause injury to others.

But at the end of the prosecution’s case, both incitement charges were thrown out.

The Court agreed with defense counsel Leon Chaku Symister that there was no case to answer regarding those allegations against Williams.

As to the other charges against the defendants, the prosecutor and defense counsel are to make written submissions as to their guilt or innocence.

The case arose out of what has become known as “Teargas Sunday,” when police officers discharged teargas and rubber bullets and beat persons protesting the mandatory COVID-19 vaccine on August 8, 2021.

  1. The corrupt dictator from Booby Alley better known as Gaston Browne violates out human rights. Our right to protect peacefully. He has turned a promising country into a banana republic.
When he takes his hat in hand to the UN about climate change, we will be there to inform the world of his violation of our rights to protest.

  2. At the end, they were right. People still dropping like flies from the poison. They could have stayed home and just refused the vaxx quietly. They stood up for me and I am grateful

  3. Yawns….Elections coming up it won’t look good on the ABLP’s behalf to have two opposition supporters in jail or paying a hefty fine for organizing a protest…they already gonna talk about the tear gassing, rubber rounds and beatings…

  4. Chaku should assist them(go to the UN for help too) in bringing a Class Action Lawsuit against the Attorney General, the Chief of Police, and anyone else who made the decision, to tear gas, rubber bullets and other excessive force on the protestors.
While, the authorities did not authorise the uses of, water cannons, fire hoses and dogs, the People’s Rights were violated. History removers Dr. M. L. King Jnr and the protests by the People who stood up, stood firm, stood steadfast against their oppressors and their oppressive actions.
The same MUST happen in Antigua, Barbuda & REDONDA.

  6. I do pray that the learned Chaku includes in his submissions a reference to the vast mountain of research that has now been published in the most highly revered medical journals which show far beyond any reasonable doubt that in fact these injections were not fit for purpose and ought never to have been approved for such widespread use.
The myriad effects now being observed in the wake of these disastrous inoculations include cardiac problems, vasculitis, neurological damage, and rapid onset of stage 4 (terminal) cancer. If you were unaware of these things it might be because the same people who sit on the board of directors of the drug companies also act as directors of the mainstream media giants. They are controlling all that you see and hear.
The defendants in this case ought to be suing Gaston Browne and his medical advisors for massive damages on account of their failure to carry out competent due diligence before authorizing the widespread administration of these so called vaccines to Antiguan residents.
We need to look at our death statistics. Many countries are reporting statistically higher than expected death rates for unknown causes. The most highly vaccinated countries are also now reporting the highest rates of excess deaths. Search on YouTube for excess deaths and do your own research.
