Court Proceedings Delayed for Mother and Daughter Facing Traffic Offence Charges

In a recent development, the case involving a mother and her daughter, who face serious traffic offence charges related to a fatal collision, has been adjourned.

Tulip Horsford and La-Shanti Cooper were charged in connection to an accident that resulted in a passenger’s death.

The incident occurred on All Saints Road, with Cooper alleged to be the driver.

The case’s hearing was postponed to November 7, 2023, providing more time for legal proceedings.

Horsford, a veteran police officer, was also charged with permitting her daughter to operate her vehicle without proper insurance coverage.(Observer)

  1. This is really so sad. That is why we cannot take chances on the road. A life is far too valuable to be chanced. Extremely poor judgment from one who should have known better.
