Police recruits from Course 49 celebrated Former Police Commissioner Sir Wright George’s 94th birthday on Monday. Sir Wright urged the recruits to serve with integrity and impartiality. The 69 recruits will graduate Thursday during the 49th ceremony at the Sir Wright George Police Academy, marking a shift from the tradition of Sir Wright visiting the academy due to health reasons.
