A couple might have to re-think their wedding plans after a fire destroyed their home in Seaview Farm.
Nadira Singh said she and her fiancé Leendert Woodruff lost everything in the blaze on Wednesday afternoon.
“We were just making preparations for our wedding, which was supposed to be on the 27th of this month. We had all our wedding stuff, clothes, whatever, and we trying to get the house in order, you know, in terms of, you know, presentation and stuff like that and unfortunately, everything went,” Singh told state media.
The couple’s 15-year-old daughter, who was reportedly alone at the house when the fire started, escaped without injuries.
“It’s not easy, anybody know, it’s not easy to lose everything and you don’t know what comes next, but I have faith in God and I know that whatever it is, he will see me through,” Singh added.

That is tragic. The good thing all material goods could be replaced. The best thing, there was no loss of life. Set up a Go Fund Me Account and solicit help. I am willing and able to contribute. This tragedy should not be a hindrance to you and yours getting married.
At her age, is no time to replace nothing. After she worked all those years of her life. Materials things yes but they not cheap to replace especially now in this covid times😥
I am willing to donate something as well!!! Whatever i can, i will donate. This is really sad, to say the least.
Why would she want to get married at such an age? Probably a sign.
