Family Awaits Postmortem Results After Tragic Drowning of Three-Year-Old American Boy

The coroner’s inquest, led by Magistrate Dane Hamilton Jr, was completed recently, with the examination taking place on May 2nd at Barnes Funeral Home.
According to reports, the incident occurred on April 28th, when Zyonandon reportedly drowned in a pool at a family residence where he had been staying.
The boy and his mother, a resident of Queens, New York, had arrived in the country just two weeks prior to spend time with family.
The child’s aunt identified his body, and the inquest was adjourned without setting a date for the conclusion.
On the evening of April 27th, Zyonandon was last seen by his mother sleeping in a bedroom along with other family members.

The next morning, his mother discovered he was missing and, upon further investigation, found the kitchen door wide open.
In a heart-wrenching discovery, Zyonandon was found face down in the swimming pool located on the upper level of an adjacent building on the property.
His mother immediately called 911 and attempted CPR until the arrival of the Emergency Medical Service (EMS), who continued the resuscitation efforts.
Zyonandon was rushed to Sir Lester Bird Medical Center at about 8:37 a.m., where the medical team continued life-saving measures, including administering epinephrine, but unfortunately, were unable to revive him.

This tragic incident has left the family devastated and seeking answers, which they hope to find in the upcoming results of the postmortem examination.
