Pollster Linley Winter has revealed findings from polling in 7 constituencies.
According to him, the United Progressive Party is ahead in 5 out of 7 polled constituencies with an over 10% swing away from the ABLP.

@Honerable52, it is quite simple. Vote a different party to bring about changes. If the party in power not doing anything to uplift the country and the people, vote them out. One term for which ever party play the fool. It’s time to put down party line and vote common sense. 2004 to 2014 may not have been the best but at least they implemented policies that helped the underserved. This current party only help those who can return a favor. Labour Party is the party of “quid quo pro”. You are well aware but you playing party politics.
Yeah he said in 2014 that UPP would win overwhelming, so he has an excellent track record.

The message is hitting a Six. Again, keep asking yourselves are you and the community you live in better off today than a short 8 years ago. Financially, delivery of public services (water, electricity, efficient road network, pensioners getting paid on time and without delay, delivery of quality healthcare, job creation in all sectors, affordable cost of living, quality school facilities instruction and instructors…Government is of the people and for the people! Period.
Are you satisfied with the conduct and behavior of your Parliamentary Representative? Has he or she delivered on the vast promises made in the constituency that you reside?

Another charlatan strikes again!
Linley Winter and his organization, CASURO, lost all credibility as a pollster in the 2018, 2014 and 2009 elections. In the 2018 and 2014 elections he predicted huge wins for the UPP and we all know how those two elections went down. Also, in the 2009 elections he predicted that the UPP was poised to increase its margin… Again, we know that did not happen. One gets the sense that this other “Winter man” (apologies to Tian) is living under ice.
To put it frankly, Linley Winter is a hired hand for the UPP who tells them what they want to hear. Note that the issues he raised are the very same ones the UPP have been belly aching over. Clearly, the UPP sent him to push it message: go and say we’re winning and that the issues we are raising are what people are concerned about.
Like 2014 and 2018, the UPP, Linley Winter and his CASURO will learn a hard lesson.
This is fabulous news, and this current poll reflects accurately how the electorate are feeling.
However, unless the citizens go out and vote on election day to confirm this poll, then the ABLP could win due to lethargy.
At least we know two things in Gaston Browne’s and the ABLP’s favour on election day. First, they know that they have the “generational” supporters in their back pocket, and secondly the cabinet members will stay loyal (Asot Michael apart, I grant you) to the Prime Minister.
However, it is now up to the critical thinkers amongst us to make a REAL difference at the ballot box. 🗳
Furthermore, if Gaston Browne wins a third term in office, despite our poor economy, infrastructure, the growing crime rate, and the self interest of himself and his fellow politicians; Antigua could in time become a country in the hands of a one party state where you do as you are told – AND NO PATRIOTIC ANTIGUAN WANTS THAT!!!
Gastank already realizes ANTIGUA’S are fed up of ALP…same old dutty politicians and politics.

Every election time, ALP try to mint new voters by offering amnesty. They don’t care about Antiguans, they only care about holding on to power. They care little about our borders and let in all kinds of criminals to vote for them. We also appear to have an immigration department where some officers are part of the hustle. How can an immigration officer have her own stamp driving around with in her car? Antiguans had better get rid of this Labour Party before they don’t have a country and non native Antiguans control everything.
