Concerned Citizens of Antigua and Barbuda will conduct a search for missing 13-year-old Kemba Marshall on Saturday, July 6th, starting at 6 AM from Five Islands Primary School, where Kemba attended.
We invite the Police Force, Defense Force, paramilitary groups, clubs, church groups, youth groups, civil society organizations, drone owners, and concerned family members to join us in this effort.
