Commissioner of Police, Mr. Atlee Rodney takes this opportunity to recognize and applaud the work and contribution of all women within the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda.
Today, as we pause to observe International Women’s Day, it is not a mere coincidence that women have contributed significantly to the growth and development of the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda.
In celebration of International Women’s Day 2021, the Commissioner of Police and all fellow male officers, stand with all our female police officers and salute them.
We encourage them to continue to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and help to create a healthy and safe working environment for all.
Your effective leadership and dedicated efforts during this COVID-19 pandemic have not gone unnoticed. The tenacity shown by many, while standing on the frontlines, protecting our citizens and residents from this dreaded and deadly disease must be highly commended.
We as an organization have taken notice as we support each other in this fight.
