There needs to be a Public #Boardwalk(use eminent domain if the need arises); from, the Stone Beach South of Falmouth which looks ESE into Pigeon Point across the Bay, north to Falmouth running east past Falmouth Harbour through Cobbs Cross; running South on the Westside of English Harbour to Admirals Inn/Restsurant!
A…use eminent domain to gain access to the waterfront[high water mark set back{this needs to be addressed by the Parliament/Cabinet). Design some areas with mooring for boats/yachts where applicable, to deal with mangroves, sea grass etc.
B…charge the yachts a fee; and, I quite sure, that with all of this #Greene_Money for Change(both climate and head of ABLP), this may not be, as far fetched as it sounds.
