The impact of COVID continues to greatly impact Caribbean women leaders and business owners. That’s why the Women Entrepreneurs Network of the Caribbean (WENC) and Caribbean Women in Leadership (CiWIL) Antigua and Barbuda chapters are giving Caribbean women the tools they need to pivot and scale their businesses, so they can thrive as entrepreneurs and elevate their leadership skills to navigate the ongoing world of change. Through our efforts we hope to strengthen the voice, visibility and viability of women across the wider Caribbean.

on March 10th, 2021 we are inviting Business professionals and Leaders who are eager to gain real strategies for growth and wellness, while challenging the status quo!

Our goal is to connect like-minded women who want to create a new and better way to succeed by creating an impactful day addressing both external and internal challenges women face today as well as reinforcing the importance of increasing female representation in leadership and decision-making across all spheres. We promote a welcoming virtual atmosphere where authentic connections can occur, while we support, empower and learn from one another.
