One of the men charged with killing Syrian restaurateur, Mazem Daher in 2016 was set free today.
A magistrate told Shane Buckley of Villa he was free to go after prosecutors said the Director of Public Prosecutions gave orders to drop the murder charge against him.
The reason being there was no evidence against Buckley to support the charge.
The DPP said there is enough evidence to proceed with the charges against, Corey Mills of Clare Hall and Sutherlands resident, Ian Daniel.
Police believe Mills and Daniel were involved in a robbery at the Syrian restaurant, which ended in the shooting death of the owner.
