One of the men charged with killing Syrian restaurateur, Mazem Daher in 2016 was set free today.
A magistrate told Shane Buckley of Villa he was free to go after prosecutors said the Director of Public Prosecutions gave orders to drop the murder charge against him.
The reason being there was no evidence against Buckley to support the charge.
