This system, designated AL94, currently exhibits disorganized showers and thunderstorms.

Forecasters predict conducive environmental conditions for its development, with a tropical depression likely to form over the next few days.

It is anticipated to progress westward to west-northwestward across the central and western tropical Atlantic in the coming days.
