CBH, EMS and NSWMA to get extraordinary payments within week

4
CABINET NOTES: The Cabinet has agreed to make extraordinary payments to the Central Board of Health (CBH), to the Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and to the National Solid Waste Management Authority (NSWMA) within the coming week in order to reduce its liability to contractors.

The Minister responsible for all three entities made a plea to the Cabinet to reduce the debt, especially since many small businesses make up a significant portion of their debtors.

Consequently, the payments are intended to reach those small truck owners and other operators who are critical in the delivery of services, and whose receipt of portions of outstanding amounts are essential to their continued operation.

  1. If this even happens to us regular people and not hidden politicians trucks get paid I’d be happy

  2. Why don’t they fix the trucks that Solid Waste has and stop outsourcing the work the authority is paid to do to, to themselves and their friends?

  3. What happen to the nurses who they owe since 2020 who worked overtime at the airport and multipurpose center.
Are you gonna play a blind eye to this. Smh

    • What about those who retired from the government service since 2019? Are they going to be paid too
