OBSERVER NEWSCO: The case against three men accused of Nigel Christian’s murder has been pushed back yet again.

Committal for Lasean Bully of Cashew Hill, Saleim Harrigan of Greenbay and Wayne Thomas of Hatton has been adjourned to April 27.

The prosecution asked the magistrate to adjourn the matter because they are still awaiting reports from another jurisdiction.

They however served the defense with what they have in the file thus far.

  1. WATCHING AND WAITING. IN THE MEAN TIME BRING THE THREE MILLION DOLLARS FRAUDSTER CUSTOMS BROKER BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE, THE BOSSMAN MAN SAY HE DONE WITH THE INVESTIGATION

  2. With all that pushing back, somebody in the justice system must love calypso music. Was it Jennifer that Short Shirt told to PUSH BACK her bambam?

    Justice delayed is justice denied.

  3. Where is the fourth (4th) person the authority alleged was involved in the murder? Mr. Commissioner of Police and the DPP, please reveal the fourth (4th) person. Those 3 guys need to talk and tell their lawyers, their parents, or other family members who the 4th person is if they don’t trust the police with that information. This murder case is long overdue. Justice is needed for Nigel Christian and his family. May his soul sleep in peace, and may God strengthen and comfort his family especially his mother.

    • @Joe that’s exactly it. Four people involved but the little backstabbing bitch Gaston Browne and overweight obese Cutie Benjamin along with others trying to cover up the mess they involved with.

  4. The Mother of the late Nigel Christian did say there were 4 men that kidnapped her son. So tell me why that 4 th man is not arrested and be charged with the 3 men in the lockup. Something smells fishy in this matter.

  5. The PM, Cutie Benjamin and all the other crooks need to be more transparent. Something is not right, we must seek justice for this young man. The delay is to push back the case until after elections so they can have control over the justice system. We must stay on top of this case and seek justice. We cannot let corruption win. We will demand answers and justice for this young man and for the future of our Antiguan citizens.
