A case of an alleged fraud involving a Carlisle man is being investigated by the Police.
Allegedly, an unknown person has been using the man’s ACB Caribbean debit card, according to his report to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
It is alleged that the perpetrator made several All-Mart purchases
sometime between January 2024 and April 5.
However, exactly how much money was spent by the unknown person on these
unapproved purchases is not clear.
