The Carlisle Bay Resort employee accused of robbing her workplace was remanded to prison when she made her first appearance in the All Saints Magistrates Court today.
Thirty-three-year-old Kathy-Ann Isaac of Urlings was charged with armed robbery on Friday for the June 30 incident.
She was remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison since Magistrates do not have the jurisdiction to offer bail for armed robbery.
However, she can still be granted bail by a Judge in the High Court.
Police say Isaac and  Anthony Govia aka “Tug Life” worked together to rip off the hotel of over $60, 0000.
Investigators are still on the lookout for the Govia, whom they described as heavily armed and dangerous.
Isaac is due back in court in October for committal proceedings.

  1. What was her reaction to being remanded? Did she cry, remain stoic, laugh, roll her eyes etc. More details please thanks.

  2. To “Have Mercy”
What’s your definition of Have Mercy? What ever it is I don’t see why u would want to know if the lady cried, rolled eyes, laughed etc. seems like u just want to know something else. Not good, may Mercy be given to you in time of need #God’s Grace and Mercy is GREAT

  3. God’s grace and mercy is really great because so much could have gone wrong on Saturday 30 June when they pulled off such a daring heist. Have we stopped to consider how many lives have been affected? Her co-worker whose blood pressure went sky high. Do we know what happens as a result of high blood pressure? Have we considered the accused family members……the shame and embarrassment they have to endure? The victim (the co-worker) Who was quite oblivious of what was planned and the trauma she has gone through when she had a gun pointed at her, taken hostage and dumped at the side of the road like a bag of garbage? Do we know the anxiety and the sleepless nights she and her family have had since the incident? There are so many things to consider. Have we considered the other staff members at the hotel? They all need vouncrlling to deal with such a traumatic and mind shattering act of greed and lawlessness.
God’s grace and mercy is really great!!
