Caribbean Airlines Launches Refund Portal

Port-of-Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, August 25, 2023.

Caribbean Airlines has set up a dedicated REFUND PORTAL for all customers inconvenienced by flight cancellations over the period August 19-22, 2023.

The portal is live and accessible via www.refunds.caribbean-airlines.com
Getting your refund is easy:

1. Visit: https://refunds.caribbean-airlines.com/

2. Fill in the information requested and provide relevant documents. 3. Submit your refund application.

Caribbean Airlines is committed to completing these refunds within 14 business days of receipt of the customer’s application.

The airline thanks all stakeholders and customers for their continued support.

  1. At least they are doing something speedily to try and satisfy the customers. Surinam Airline cancel there entire fleet last year, (due to this same pilot nonsense) I had purchased tickets for 10 of us to Guyana, and it took me almost 8mthto to get back my money after jumping through all kind of hoops and calling every week.
    Thousands of dollars were just being delayed for whatever reason.

    So I commend Caribbean Airlines for their efforts. People and companies make mistakes, but it’s what you do to correct them that will merit you a second chance.

  2. If you pay all them refund you go broke. I have two friends that could not get their refund and was taken for a fools ride. They are now back in the USA .

  3. I cannot open the page to apply for my refund from Caribbean Airlines on the 20th August from Tobago to Trinidad
