Canadian border officials have intercepted a major drug shipment from Antigua, seizing 27 kilograms of cocaine with an estimated street value of over CA$3.3 million.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) confirmed that the narcotics were discovered in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) in luggage arriving on a flight from Antigua.

Two individuals were arrested and handed over to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), along with the confiscated drugs.

Images shared by CBSA show two teal suitcases and X-ray scans revealing concealed packages within the luggage.

CBSA did not disclose the identities or nationalities of the suspects, and Antigua and Barbuda authorities have yet to comment.

Efforts are underway to obtain more information from Canadian officials.

  1. Kmt look at this now total nonsense

  2. Yes folks, from Columbia to Antigua and all the way into Canada.

Now who got paid off to ignore that kind of package getting on that flight?
And this baphoon PM have the audacity to claim that their is no evidence corruption in his administration..

    The scourge continues.

  3. And just watch as they lick their black chops and rub their paws in glee, excited to pick up yet another boulder to hurl against my defenseless country home.
    Anxiously awaiting the details!

  4. More transparency from authorities needed. The cocaine had to have been brought into Antigua from somewhere else, who were the ones held and are they Antiguan by birth or are they from somewhere else.
Antigua being used as a trans shipment point again?

  5. Anybody that doesn’t know bags are scanned/X-rayed these days needs to have a mental examination. Obviously it didn’t get scanned in ANU so somebody is culpable on this side.

  6. @Positive direction, how in heaven’s name the UPP is responsible for the issues with the Alfa Nero and all the ills in the country? Answer that and they answer your question.

  7. Wait….people so stupid to think that that would’ve gotten to Canada or anywhere else? It will be easy to track down who was on the scanner when the bags were going through and who checked in the bag because since 911, bags cannot fly unless someone is flying with it.

Boy people just plain and downright stupid. Forget Antigua…this is a one off, but your stupid asses going JAILLLL for a longgggg time.

  8. Positive Direction, you want to know how they get blame, the very same way the UPP gets blame for giving the Russian woman information re Alpha Nero, you see lub so no hab so. Are you related to Faithful Nationsl #1? You sound like his twin

  9. Hey Faithful National #1 you definitely stay “anxiously.” You’re anxious about just breathing which definitely make schizophrenia a normal part of your daily miserable f^^king life. You’re a schizophrenic piece of shit suffering from verbal diarrhea.

  10. Antigua now a fuck up themselves more and more. Now yall on big watch list uno hah get Visa now smh

  11. Whoever was at the scaners and the K9 officer who is in charge of checking those suitcases before loading it into the plane, have a lot ot explain.

  12. That amount of cocaine worth millions were found on a flight coming from Antigua. What they need to tell us is whether the mules carrying the drugs boarded the flight from Antigua, or they were intransit on the flight, and the last port of call before reaching canada was Antigua

  13. My my my. Born here and raised in Canada, I must say. These two numskulls didn’t do any home work. This seems like a purposely set up event with 2 dummies as the sacrificial lambs.

Canada has some of the tightest screening. The population is not all that big standing a little over 40 million, and to put it into perspective NY has 20 million. The traffic in and out of there is not all that busy compared to some major cities never mind countries. So suffice to say, Canadian Border Patrol and Imagination, are not stressed and have all the time in the world to look for crap like this. I can see them laughing in the staff room saying. “What were they thinking”.

Or maybe they didn’t know every well will eventually dry up. JEEEZZZZZ.

  14. Firstly, intransit drugs are not confiscsted at the point of departure, they are usually allowd to leave and the authorities are informed about their arrival at the final destination. Then the investigations commenced at the receiving end and work backwards to the point of departure.
Another thing. How does a shipment of drugs either intransit or originate in Antigua becomes a corrupt government act? Do you know what your children do when they leave your house in the night to attend a function? Somebody please explain.

  15. The security personell who were paid to be silent is the hole of the Azz, but the detained culprits are the whole Azz.

  16. Beautiful…seized at the Canadian border. I can only speculate on What is next? The Alphabet Boys always
are ready. The Alfa nearga saga up for rulings shortly.

Money People, Drugs, Guns and snake oil politicians are all of a concerning matter.

RUMSHOPPE PLAY you tune. Dem say all are you cyant wine. Dem a say dat all are you have compromised lumberjacks. Dat them can’t get fu do maintenance work.

  17. A chance taken and in this case a huge chance especially while traveling from a Caribbean island to Canada or UK airports knowing of the various scanners, dog sniffing and camera watching, sometimes it works well and slip through, in this case it didn’t.
Big money was paid out, these individuals knew of the slim chance, but still decided to make the move.Let’s hope it was an intransit and not directly from Wadadli.

  18. That have to be a connecting flight. Because i just cant see how they didnt get caught here. It doesnt add up at all!

  19. Was this a direct flight from Antigua to Canada? Cause then what was ABAA doing? Or was it just a connected flight? I mean let’s be for real, the flight left Antigua and nobody notice this?

  20. I’m sure they used ANU as a transit port. Or it came in by sea and smuggled out by plane. But who I’m their right thinking mind puts cocaine in their suitcase and not expect to be caught? In 2025? Lol. Idiots

  21. I would love to know their nationality. The Antigua government will move heaven and earth to ensure their nationality is not revealed to the public.

  22. It would be interesting to know if they are Antiguans and where they got the drugs from.

  23. Does Antigua have a factory that produces cocaine? Does Antigus grow cocaine plants? Some comments on this article refer to many underground developments in the country. Antigua is catching up with the world on drug trafficking. I had always heard of marijuana, but cocaine—that doesn’t sound good for the country’s tourism product.

  24. Well look how these two people go and make themselves SK**TS!!! Canada knew you were coming. Did you really think that you were going to get drugs into Canada? From the time the aircraft door closed it was as if the jail door slammed shut behind you.

See you in 10 to 15 years when you get out of prison. I cannot wait to hear the details.

  25. @D’Onally.
Let me ask you a question.

When these drug lords and big money movers like the Allen Sanfords of the world, the Indian Guy that was hiding out in Antigua, the very Nigerians and Chinese that are making big moves in Antigua, do you think when they are ready to get things done and make these big money deals, that they call you or me who are not in any position to help?

Think about that before you ask your gullible questions, because it seems you have no clue how power and corruption works. Why you think the public was not informed about the Alpha Nero boat and who were invited to the bidding party?

Think my friend think. There is a reason you and I are not invited to their high official parties or to their private gated communities, because they have too much to hide..it’s that simple.
