Source- Real News Antigua: Reports say that a Parliament Street man complained to the Grays Farm Police
Station that he had been robbed of $30 in cash by three gunmen, at his
business place, the AO Bakery on the same Street.
This incident is alleged to have taken place at about 11:45 a.m.
Apparently, the businessman was inside the bakery when he saw the masked
men standing outside.
Reportedly two of them entered the shop, brandishing
a handgun, and demanded money.
Accordingly, the victim went to the cash register and handed over $30 from it.

Further reports say the businessman had a bottle of acid on the counter top,
and he threw the contents at the robbers, after which they fled in a northerly
direction.
Officers investigating the case reportedly visited the hospital in search of any
acid-burn victims, but there was none.

These robbers are a bunch of wotless young men who don’t want to work. Looking for places to rob .. things are hard in Antigua.. even for business owners ..how much money do you guys think you are going to get??? Now look at that .. you committed a whole crime for $30 to split between the 3 of you so $10 a piece ?????? I refuse to believe that these robbers do not have girlfriends or spouses or mothers who are unaware of what they are doing.
Covering up for them will not make you richer. You are enabling a criminal. Criminals who molest, rape, rob and kill. That’s who you are proud of? Come on.

@Enables, That is so true. I believe their parents and girlfriends have to know who these robbers and rapist are in Antigua. Once caught the police should hold both parents and girlfriends accountable for their actions because they’re encouraging their criminal lifestyle.
Finally they start fighting back!!!! Too bad the acid didn’t go in thier eyes and blind them permanently!!!
It’s time business people arm themselves with whatever they can to stop these criminals. Hot oil, acid, machete, baseball bats, pitch forks, anything that can do grievous bodily harm. And when you get the upper hand on them, beat them until they stop moving. Then call the police. It’s time we rid society of these low lifes.
