Businessman Donates Safety Vests to Traffic Department

Mr. Alvin Jones, managing director of Square Deal Security Solutions Plus donated one dozen safety vests to the traffic department of the Royal Police Force.

During a brief ceremony at Police Headquarters on Thursday, Jones highlighted the importance of safety for the traffic officers while on duty, and his delight to be giving back to an organization that has positively impacted his life.

Deputy Commissioner Everton Jeffers was on hand to receive the items and expressed gratitude on behalf of the Police Force for a timely donation.

The vests come equipped with LED lights at the front and back as an additional safety measure. The head of traffic, Superintendent Rodney Ellis was also present at the handing over ceremony.

Police officers badly needed at town house junction indeed , many drivers used that vacant land to make short cut & its causing traffic hold up when drivers come through there onto bendals road , please Mr Rodney Ellis , do something about it fast , also same to the east of police headquarters .
