Reports reaching Antigua News Room is that well-known calypsonian Carmona “Farmer” Samuel is dead.
Lawmen have ruled out suicide as a cause of death and a homicide investigation is now underway.
Samuel was allegedly stabbed to death at his Gilbert’s Estate home after a domestic dispute.
According to reports, Samuel, 72, was stabbed in the chest. His ex-lover has been hospitalised with stab wounds and is under police guard at the hospital.
