Bramble sues police for allegedly releasing pornographic videos of her

Transgender woman Washington Bramble has made good on a promise to sue the police for allegedly releasing sex tapes stored on her devices which they confiscated in March.

The videos have gone viral.

In a Statement of Claim filed on June 10, 2022 in the High Court of Antigua and Barbuda. Bramble alleges:

“On June 06, 2022, three private videos depicting me in intimate acts surfaced on social media. These videos were stored ONLY on the devices confiscated by Sergeant Chattam, the FOURTH DEFENDANT.

Since Sergeant Chattam is the officer with my devices in her possession. She MUST be held responsible for the leakage of my private videos.

The videos went viral, throughout Antigua and the US , the UK and Canada. Having my privacy violated in such a gross manner, has caused me tremendous humiliation and emotional pain and suffering.

It was damaged my reputation as a professional that works for the ministry of education and a human rights advocate.”

Bramble is suing for different reasons:

  1. Bramble you have missed the main defendant. When you are suing the government the main defendant is the Attorney General.

    • Bramble did not sue the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda. Bramnle sue a police officer in her own persona she might not have no papers but Washington Bramble is quiet intelligent and way better than the majority of you useless lawyers in Antigua.   2. Bramble didn’t you know what happened in darkness will some day comes to light. Just to remind you, The Word of God in the Bible speaks of clearly it. You should have not recorded such information and stored on your device. Next time save it in cloud. Your lifestyle is between you and God.

      If the officer indeed released bramble’s videos, i hope he takes her for everything she owns, including her pension.

  4. Ok lawsuite in Antigua best check time zone and time line ur great grandkids might still be in court , check history , better off lawsuits in UK , USA, Canada . No payout with Covid still on the books .
