He passed today at Mount St.John’s Medical Centre.
Williams, also Technical Director of the Parham F.C, was know for his passion and love for the sport, leading Parham to six (6) ABFA Premier Division championships.

President of the National Olympic Committee Honourable E.P. Chet Greene shared his sentiments. “Despite knowing that he was ailing, I was shocked at the passing of my friend and comrade, Rolstan ‘Debu’ Williams. Debu was a servant of football and a warrior for his community of Parham. His passion for both was always in evidence and his penchant for excellence was his motivation. My dear departed friend was fiercely competitive but had difficulty getting his employer, ABFA and his charges to embrace and share his passion.
Debu left us at a time when we need him most. Let us not lose sight of his vision, his passion and enthusiasm. May his Soul Rest In Peace and find favor with his maker at his calling.”

“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” ~Hebrews 9:27
My heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. I pray you take comfort in the promise of the Creator found in Revelation 21:4 “He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away”.
He looks relatively young
