A man accused of shooting two employees at Carlisle Bay resort has been granted bail by the High Court.
Frederick Henry, facing charges of attempted murder, shooting with intent to murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, and possession of ammunition, received a $20,000 bond from Justice Colin Williams.
The shooting occurred on April 11, resulting in serious injuries to the victims, Dean Anthony and Morissa Henry.
The accused must adhere to conditions including a 10pm curfew, relocation from Golden Grove, a minimum distance from the complainants, weekly police reporting, and no contact with witnesses or complainants to maintain his bail.

Don’t understand the system- There are young men on remand for possession of firearm – never used or threatened anyone. There are guys in Prison for having more than the 15 grams , never trouble anyone. Someone please tell me what is Justice?
