SOURCE: CARIBBEAN LOOPNEWS- An 85-year-old man died while snorkeling off the coast of Ocean Cay, Bimini, on Wednesday morning, police reported.
The incident occurred around 10:40am when the tourist, who was snorkelling in waters near the island, became unresponsive.
After being brought to shore, emergency responders attempted to revive him with CPR, but their efforts were unsuccessful.
A physician later examined the victim and officially pronounced him deceased.
Local authorities have not yet released the man’s identity.
