SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTICE
FORT JAMES REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT
12th MAY 2025
The APUA Water Business Unit advises customers served by the Fort James Reverse Osmosis Plant that the facility will be temporarily taken offline on Tuesday, 13th May 2025, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to facilitate the integration of the new ultra-filtration unit.
The water supply will be distributed from the on-site storage tanks. While no major service disruptions are anticipated, customers may experience intermittent supply or reduced water pressure.
Affected areas: Point, Villa, Lower Gambles, Upper Fort Road, Public Cemetery to the corner of Family Dentistry, Agatha Goodwin Street, Upper St. John’s Street, Dickenson Bay Street, Dry Hill, Runway, and Yorks Community.

This HAS to be a joke!!!! Lower gambles only gets water from around 6am to 10am on a daily basis NEVER outside those times so saying that there will be “disruption” due to maintenance in fort road is a load of crap
