A job well done to Tyra & her coaching team. If she works on her finish she will definitely be a force to reckon with.
It should be headline news but when it comes to athletics we are not really serious. This quiet, calm young lady is wicked on the track.
Am talking about meddling in 400m and 200m which is not easy, ask the Bahamian superstar Shaunae Miller Uibo and with hard work and discipline Tyra finds away to make it happen.
Tyra is now holding down two Carifta medals. Big congratulations Ms Fenton, keep doing your thing and representing to the fullest.
Daryl where are the scholarships? These youngsters should be competing in the ACC and other meets in the US. We need to at least have a full Olympic squad up a running by 2028 ie relays and numerous field participants.
Look at Ms Smith from the Virgin Islands the girl is unstoppable not only at Carifta but also on the university front and to me she and Tyra are both similar in many ways.
These youngsters are putting up numbers close to or even better than the pros. We need to get serious on the athletic front too long without an Olympic medal.
