Antigua and Barbuda’s reigning Queen of Carnival and 2023 Jaycees Queen, Ischikelle Corbin, heads to St. Maarten today for the Miss SXM Carnival Caribbean Queen Pageant on April 23, 2024. She will compete against six Caribbean contestants.
