Nigerian dance troupe confirms its scheduled arrival in Antigua on August 5, on board the inaugural Air Peace flight.
The group, consisting of 13 artists, drummers, and officials, is set to perform at various events during Antigua’s Carnival celebration.
Air Peace, the largest carrier in West Africa, sponsors the troupe’s journey to Antigua, acting as an intermediary between them and the Antiguan government.
This marks the first visit to the Caribbean for the National Troupe of Nigeria, known for showcasing Nigeria’s cultural heritage through diverse dances.
Their arrival is eagerly awaited, bringing vibrant performances to enrich Antigua’s festivities.(Observer)
