On February 4, Trinidad and Tobago’s medium steel orchestras compete in the Panorama finals at Tobago’s Dwight Yorke Stadium. Antigua and Barbuda witness history as their arranger, Khan Cordice, leads Arima Angel Harps for the first time, playing his arrangement of Duke’s “Is Thunder.” Currently eighth with 261 points, they face tough competition.
Cordice also leads Republic Bank Exodus Steel Orchestra in the “World Cup of Pan” finals on February 10, performing Arrow’s “Long Time.” With 279 points in the semifinals, they aim to surpass defending champs bp Renegades.
Cordice’s success would further highlight his remarkable career. Antigua and Barbuda’s most successful Panorama arranger, he secured nine titles with Hells Gate Steel Orchestra from 2009 to 2023.
The medium band finals start at 7 pm, offering the Arima Angel Harps a fair chance at the title, with all bands beginning with zero points. Cordice continues to make a mark in the steelpan world.

Come on Wadadlians this is HUGE. This genius has took up the task of arranging for the Arima Angel Harps and for the first time took them straight to the finals, topping a whole lot a T&T Big arrangers.
Going up against the likes of Ketsenjammers the task will be tough but a fourth or fifth place will be mad crazy. Good luck my brother.
Back as the Drill master for Exodus once again, look out! exodus has now become a threat every year as a top three. It’s just beautiful how each band in T&T have this huge followings that stick to them year after year and the size of these bands compared to ours is remarkable.
How can we get back to the days when Old Road, Urlings and Bolans etc had steelband? Barbuda by now should have a hundred plus steel orchestra competing every year for panorama.
A real musical genius of the pan Khan Cordice. Big up.
Major kudos to our Musical Pan Genius, Khan Cordice. May your career keep on flourishing Big Brother.
Side note to all pan players and enthusiasts, in Khan here is a mentor. Study his history, his dedication, his ethics and pattern your lives after his and with talent, consistency, dedication and hard work, you too can reach the pinnacles of success in your endeavours. In fact, this goes for any endeavour in life.
Congratulations Khan and I’ll definitely be rooting, and cheering for you and your bands Arima Angel Harps and Exodus.
Yes indeed this is huge!! Wishing him and the team all the best and will def be tuning in.
Boy, I tell you the Teenage Pageant has given the opportunity to many to build their confidence and harness their talents in their chosen field of endeavour. I’m so proud to the great, Khan Kordice ride to this level and greater to come. He wowed us last year his envious arrangement for Exodus Steel Orchestra. Now becoming a sought-after after arrainger for Arima Angels Harps. Genius!!!
God’s blessings on your innate gift. An act to follow.
Cheers
ENOUGH with all the kudos to Mr Cordice. Yes he must be applauded for his great work.
BUT… He is still the DIRECTOR OF CULTURE and left the country since God knows when.
Culture is in shambles. The building that his staff are in as well as his office has been at home since SEPTEMBER 2023.
What the hell is he doing for culture in Antigua. Nothing. People still being paid peppercorn wages and salaries.
He travels more than the pilot for personal gigs on government time.
So he is taking money from the treasury PLUS from Trinidad. FACTS
Give up the damn position if you don’t want to or can’t play the role.
You are an awful soul.
