How many of the 382 in medical care?
“The crisis situation remains manageable; the health systems are not overwhelmed.” Cabinet Report Weds 17 Feb 2021
Although Antigua was in EVERY UK Newspaper yesterday…ALERT POSSIBLE NEW VARIANT TRACED TO ANTIGUA …and yuh think Brits coming out of their international travel ban will choose us over the many other Caribbean options?
As Sir Health & PM love to blame us, howabout them recognizing that from last year the lack of enforcement of arrivals protocols, the low testing, the ‘blind eye’ to arriving passengers going directly from airport to grocery store, the now highly questionable exit testing for tourists that appears at least 99% negative and on it goes.
Add to that the uncertainty you have created by wilfully going against medical advice, keeping your fingers crossed COVAX do deliver a full 14,000 vaccines before 30 April to allow for on-time second vaccinations.
The PAIN your lack of enforcement & prudence will deliver us should we be placed not only on USA red list, but UK as well, is utterly reprehensible – as is your lack of apology.
The exit testing does not appear to be accurately done and that’s probably on purpose because they don’t want it to look like tourists are getting infected in Antigua
They also don’t want to reveal that they have been letting in tons of infected tourists
But it’s all catching up with Gaston now
As I predicted months ago, unless they started to get serious at the border and screen folks and keep the disease out there, eventually Gastons policies would cause a major outbreak and destroy tourism at the same time.
Well here we are
They forgot to add another case of verbal diarrhea.
