Antigua Motors Donates 1200 Masks to Rotary Club of Antigua’s Meals on Wheels Initiative

Rotary Club of Antigua along with its corporate partners continue to support COVID-19 relief efforts through its “ meals on wheels” initiative.
General Motors together with its local agent Antigua Motors has donated 1200 face masks to  the Rotary Club of Antigua.
General Motors is the manufacturer of  Chevrolet vehicles which are  sold through their local agents Antigua Motors. The general manager of Antigua Motors, Mr Paul Ryan, is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Antigua and the driving force behind the initiative.
For the month of July each household will receive 10 disposable masks in their monthly care package, as the country continues to adhere to safety protocols associated with combating the COVID- 19 pandemic.
During the brief hand over event Past President Paul indicated that  General Motors and Antigua Motors are pleased to be able to support less fortunate individuals in our community at such a critical time. “We know that these masks will go a long way in keeping persons safe from this potentially fatal disease and we want to encourage all residents to comply to the relevant safety protocols”,  Ryan said.
