January 16, 2017 marked a historical day in the nation of Antigua and Barbuda.

That was the date of the first successful kidney transplant at the Mount St. John Medical Centre.

The recipient was Haden Browne and his donor was Marsha Hurst.

Saturday 18, March 2023 was another momentous occasion as recipient and donor were joined together in matrimony on the bride’s birthday.

Friends, family, and loved ones turned out to witness and celebrate the second union of the couple.

Their wedding marks another historical moment in the  nation of Antigua and Barbuda, as the couple were joined again not only in the sharing of Marsha’s kidneys, but also in wedlock.

Let’s all join in to celebrate their timeless love.

  1. Congratulations to the newly weds. Wishing them all the best as they continue to move forward. They have already been through a monumental struggle that speaks of the love they have for each other. To be sure there will be other struggles but as long as their love for and with each other remains strong and they put Christ front and centre of their lives they will be just right. Congratulations.
