Antigua experiencing a shortage of eggs on the island

NOTICE:To Our Valued Customers

Presently, we are experiencing a shortage of eggs on the island that is directly linked to the disruption in the feed supply chain across the Caribbean. Due to this disruption, we had to seek feed outside the region which interrupted the regular production of the birds.

Also, there is an unusual increase for demand at this time of year because of hotel occupancy being at its maximum. We are predicting, however, that the production will be back to normal in the next few weeks,

In addition, we have over 15,000 to 20,000 new birds which should be laying at peak production in the next 2 – 3 weeks which would cover the shortfall of eggs.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused and we wish you all the best in the Christmas season and beyond.
