Antigua Cruise Port has been nominated for Caribbean’s Best Cruise Terminal in the 5th Annual World Cruise Awards 2025, earning recognition for its operations and service quality.
Port officials credited the nomination to the support of staff, industry partners and the wider community, noting that the facility has continued to expand its role in regional cruise tourism.
The award, decided through public voting, remains open until Nov. 16, 2025.
The nomination comes as Antigua and Barbuda targets increased homeporting activity and broader growth in the cruise sector, positioning St. John’s as a leading gateway for Caribbean itineraries.

Take a good look at the above picture of our cruise port …. where are the open spaces? From the moment passengers leave the pier..boom shops in your face…boom taxi drivers in your face. There is literally no open spaces. Looking at the photo from above it look like a shanty town…sorry my opinion.
By the way when is the steel bands coming back to greet our 🛬 guests. Sorry steel bands there is no space for you
