These are opinions not facts. Was there a poll? Did 2/3 or some other number of persons polled say they are “eagerly” awaiting?
When did “Antigua and Barbuda” make a commitment to openness etc.? Was there a specific date or national event?
The cabinet briefing is sometimes interesting and openness is great, but the writing is a bit too opinionated for a basic article lacking supporting information.
Just a gathering of failures, taking their weekly dose of mostly regurgitated promises and coming soon projects, and the opportunity to pat themselves on the back.
These people are detached from the reality in Antigua and Barbuda because they have become affluent by skulduggery and corruption.
