2

In a move aimed at promoting tourism and enhancing bilateral relations, Antigua and Barbuda and Serbia have signed an agreement that eliminates the need for entry visas for citizens traveling between the two countries.

The agreement, which was presented to the House of Representatives by the Minister of Legal Affairs and Attorney General, Steadroy Benjamin, outlines the mutual decision reached in May 2023 to abolish visa requirements.

Both nations see this arrangement as a positive step towards fostering economic benefits and strengthening ties.

The agreement now awaits parliamentary approval in order to be fully ratified and implemented.
