Antigua and Barbuda Hotels Shine in Tripadvisor’s 2024 Travelers’ Choice Awards
Antigua and Barbuda have once again proven to be a top destination for luxury and relaxation as local hotels secure prestigious placements in the 2024 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Hotels awards, hosted by Tripadvisor.
Celebrating outstanding global and regional hospitality, several of the nation’s resorts have distinguished themselves in both the World and Caribbean categories.
Hermitage Bay, a beacon of serene luxury, made an impressive showing by ranking 24th in the ‘Best All-Inclusive Hotel’ category globally and securing multiple honors in the Caribbean segment.
The resort was named the 16th Top Hotel, the 12th Best Luxury Hotel, and remarkably, came in 5th in the Best All-Inclusive Hotels category in the Caribbean.
Not to be outdone, Curtain Bluff also garnered significant accolades, placing 25th in the Top Hotels and 12th in the Best All-Inclusive Hotels within the Caribbean.
Meanwhile, Hammock Cove Antigua and Galley Bay Resort & Spa were also celebrated, ranking 16th and 24th respectively in the Caribbean’s Best All-Inclusive Hotels category.
The Travelers’ Choice Awards, known for acknowledging the pinnacle of hospitality excellence, are awarded based on the quality and quantity of reviews and opinions collected from the Tripadvisor community over a 12-month period.
Achieving this award is no small feat as less than 1% of the over 8 million listed establishments worldwide earn this title each year.

Hope people know all these fancy new obtained resorts are ALL sold out to a USA buyer there’s NOT ONE locally owned then they just hire local workers and pay the bare minimum wage. Antigua is getting sad. Yes it’s getting more hotels and spicing up the tourism industry but yet look at the roads and I know for a fact people are paying taxes cause then the road wouldn’t have cars if there was lack of pay. Keep selling antiguan land by the time locals can afford it will be all gone
