Antigua and Barbuda & Estonia Business Forum
The Antigua and Barbuda High Commission in the United Kingdom extends an invitation to all Antiguans and Barbudans to join and participate in the Antigua and Barbuda & Estonia Business Forum.
The forum is intended to bring together policymakers and business leaders to share and discuss trade and investment opportunities between Antigua and Barbuda and Estonia.
The one-day session will include various development projects and opportunities in ICTs, logistics, renewable energy, tourism, among other key sectors.
The Hon. Eva-Maria Limets, Foreign Minister of Estonia and Hon. E.P. Chet Greene, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Trade, Antigua and Barbuda will host the forum slated for 31 May 2021 from 9:00AM.
The event is supported by the Antigua and Barbuda High Commission, Antigua and Barbuda Chamber of Commerce, Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Antigua and Barbuda Investment Authority, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia.
In February 2020, Antigua and Barbuda’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Her Excellency Karen-Mae Hill presented her Letter of Credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Antigua and Barbuda to Her Excellency Kersti Kaljulaid, President of the Republic of Estonia at the Kadriorg Palace during a two-day official visit.
According to Ambassador Hill, “one foreign policy objective of the Government of Antigua and Barbuda is to establish relations with strategic partners who understand the particular challenges faced by small developing states.”
