The Government of Antigua and Barbuda is deeply concerned about Cuba’s continued inclusion on the US State Department’s list of state sponsors of terrorism.
They highlight that this designation, along with the longstanding economic, commercial, and financial embargo imposed since 1960, has caused significant suffering to the Cuban people.
Antigua and Barbuda urges the United States to remove Cuba from the terrorism list and end the embargo.
They note that the United Nations General Assembly has consistently voted since 1992 to end the embargo, with the latest resolution on November 2, 2023, showing near-universal support.
The government emphasizes that lifting these restrictions is crucial to alleviate the hardships faced by Cubans.

That damn embargo on Cuba should never be, all because you won’t subject yourself to USA hegemony you are label terrorist, but on reverse it’s the USA that terrorize these people lives for decades to consider they arrogantly call Cuba there backyard, can you imagine what they will do farer places in Africa if they do this in their do call backyard? Along the connotation of terrorism is what’s happening to barbudans by the Gaston brown regime, where he has his arm political army brigade descend on the island to enforce the freedom of white people taking the land resources by thousand of acres, while the black owners of that island is put through gentrification of less than quarter acre of land in a congested area that is reproducing the effect of colonialism and slavery by spatial design of ghetto, that terrorism should be lifted off the barbudans head and Antigua simultaneously. So I join Antigua government in calling for the lifting of sanctions against Cuba and for the Gaston brown regime to reciprocate the same to Barbuda.
The USA doesn’t care and doesn’t listen to anyone. Why people cannot get that in their head. Stop calling them out.
