  1. Does this agreement allow Antiguans and Barbudans to layover or in transit in the US and its territories without a visa?

  2. USA wants the freedom to pollute Caribbean skies with their toxic chemtrails aircraft. I’ve already noticed them occasionally flying over Antigua spewing their poison onto our pristine landscape. We can all look forward to those beautiful clear blue skies being replaced with a murky fog from horizon to horizon. Chemtrails contain metallic powders of aluminum, titanium, bismuth and other highly toxic elements. Government needs to do their homework to protect Antiguans and Barbudans from this insult.
