The EMS rushed a 48-year-old man to the hospital after he was struck by a silver Toyota car on Old Parham Road on Saturday night.
The pedestrian was left with bruises about his body following the incident, which occurred in the vicinity of the JSC Sports Complex around 7:30.
The man was taken away on a stretcher, but his injuries were reported to be non-life-threatening.
On January 14, a 65-year-old man was pronounced dead on the spot after he was struck by a vehicle on the same road about half a mile away from this incident.
