Andy Samuel Charged with Robbery
St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, Sunday, December 28, 2025
The police have arrested and charged 32-year-old Andy Samuel of Jennings Village in connection with a robbery that occurred at Cashew Hill on December 22, 2025.
Samuel is accused of robbing a Cashew Hill resident of a Toyota Vitz motor car, a Samsung mobile phone, and an Alcatel tablet.
Following further investigations, Samuel was taken into police custody and subsequently charged. He is expected to appear before the court to answer to the charge.
The Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda continues to intensify its efforts to combat criminal activity and encourages members of the public to cooperate with the police by reporting suspicious activities or providing information that may assist ongoing investigations.
Anyone with information related to this or other criminal matters is urged to contact the Criminal Investigations Department or the nearest police station.

What the hell as my friend Pompey would say! This young man that could have had a productive life just romanticize the get rich scheme like the politicians and pastors, in the presence of riches and there is no happiness or good health , riches will fade away,why try to violently acquire it? The politicians just acquire it by violently manipulating the electoral process in order to win the lottery jackpot to the treasury of the tax payers, and am not saying they don’t kill for the monies like common robbers because when the funds are short to procure medicines for the hospital patients die, so the the politicians and this thief in the picture are equal partner in crime, the young people watching the politicians bling bling and instant wealth and romanticizing it to their detriment, because the politicians have a state capture in place where the police and judiciary won’t touch them, but you little black boy better know better and go work for your money, by the fruits of your labor you shall eat bread, now for a young man don’t know if you have kids, but you have brought a shame to your parents future generation.
The community needs more support and programs to steer people away from crime.
Will the government ever inform us as to how many criminals we have walking our streets, after they were deported from the US, because of living a life riddled with crime? To this I say if we have these criminals returning with nothing to show but possibly gang and criminal activities, most likely all we will witness is a continuation of this lifestyle, carried out even more boldly.

Home Owners and Business Owners in Antigua and Barbuda need to have access to license fire arms.They would need such for their personal protections and properties.There are too many homes and businesses being broken into.Do background and finger print checks before firearms licenses are issued.They must also go to firearm classes and pass a test to get that license,also.
