Man Attacks Another With Weed Wacker

A Seaton’s man was reportedly arrested and charged for injuring another man with a weedwhacker.

According to reports, Stafford Nicholas was charged with wounding Leroy George with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

George reportedly suffered more that 50 lacerations from the incident, which occurred in Seatons on Saturday.

The complainant reportedly attended court on Monday with bandages on his head and right arm.

The defendant was remanded to the St. John’s Police Station pending a bail hearing on Tuesday.

  13. I speak facts. It’s amazing how the justice system works in Antigua. Not 1 police has come to question the lady tht gave Nicholas the job. People tired, it’s sad it had to come to this, but ain’t no sympathy given to Les from Seatons people. U come at me I’m gonna defend myself, no one is saying tht it’s ok to willfully harm someone but when one is being attacked a decision has to be made it’s either u or me young, old in between. Ask Les if he nah tell Nicholas a Week or 2 ago he feel to put knife in a he tomoch. U think tht right, u can fool some of the people but u can’t fool all the people all the time.
