    • Yes in Antigua and Barbuda guns charge and rape charge need to be review the penalties are not what it should or suppose to be

  1. I guess this sentence will give him the incentive to opt for the three months: with three hots and a cot; while saving twenty seven grands, for street return. Why not fine and confine, for some mandatory offenses and, relax the strident colonial relic laws: such as to allow citizens. of good character, aptitude, and cognitive acumen the benefit of being holders of license firearms carry as (pro-vision) for personal security, at a show of cause.

  2. Wow, three months for a burner??? Plus amo???SMH these laws are so weak. No wonder the crime rate is so high.

  3. Name the Magistrate. No wonder the Police have no interest in catching criminals. Police risk their lives to catch criminals and the court sets them free. What say you Cutie Benjamin? What a country?

  4. Those kinda sentencing will turn off any police officer from doing his job. Criminals now run Antigua.
