Acting Prime Minister and National Security Minister Sir Steadroy Benjamin has cautioned the public against aiding Jamaican nationals Donnalie Samantha Salmon and Tiffanie Natalie Howell, who escaped from the Immigration Department’s Detention Centre.
The women, awaiting deportation, fled through a window. A Wanted Bulletin has been issued, prompting a meeting between Sir Steadroy and Immigration Department officials to address system failures.
Harboring or assisting the escapees may result in charges. Measures to prevent future escapes were recommended, including hiring additional officers and implementing stricter security measures.
The Immigration Department urges public cooperation to recapture the fugitives. The escape has prompted a renewed call for information.

Now that it has come to light that these 2 illegals were apparently found at the home of one of the 3 men found with a firearm and ammunition, it emphasises how stupid and lenient the law was to release 2 and fine one. I wondered how they could have escaped and disappeared. Now I know. I trust the Police have pulled in the 3 men for questioning.
