  2. What do they mean by it is inaccurate? Anyways for those of you whose accounts were compromised do not wait on the back to refund your money because it going to take a while. This is what I do: 1) Check the transactions and to see which companies they make the purchase(most of the time it will be an online company), 2) Go to the website of the company that the transactions was made and send a message to the sales department and let them know that you did not make that purchase.(you have to give them as much information as possible about the transaction), 3) Most online company will reverse your payments in 3 to 4 working days.

  3. @wadad1 thats the best advice when you rncounyer situations such as these cause the bank take about 3 months or more plus charge you for investigation and sometimes u never get your money back

  4. What do they mean inaccurate?? They just called a family member of mine, letting her know that her account was compromised and most of the purchases were online and they gave her the amount and ask her to come and sign paper work… why are they lying. Why isn’t there transparency.. smh nonfaith in acb
